You can have only one active plan for a specific group of products (e.g., a single game). If you purchase another plan for the same line:
Same tier → end date is extended
Higher tier → instant upgrade; the old plan is paused
Lower tier → the plan is queued and activates later
That's it. Everything below is just details.
How It's Works?
Think of each product line as having tiers: Basic < Standart < Premium.
You can have Premium for Game A and Basic for Game B at the same time — they are different lines, so no conflict. The queue only matters inside the same line.
1. Upgrading (buying a higher tier)
You get the better plan right now.
Your old plan doesn't disappear — it gets paused with its remaining days saved. When your new, higher plan ends, the old one automatically continues.
Example: You have Standart with 10 days left. You buy Premium for 30 days.
You have Premium for the next 30 days
After that, your Standart comes back for its 10 days
> Important about Lifetime: If you upgrade to a Lifetime plan, your old plan's remaining time is lost. Lifetime never ends, so there's nothing to resume after it.
2. Downgrading (buying a lower tier)
You don't lose your current better plan.
The cheaper plan just goes into a waiting queue. It will start automatically only after your current plan and everything else ahead of it finishes.
Example: You have Premium (ends in 5 days) and you buy Standart for 7 days. Nothing changes now. In 5 days, Basic will start for 7 days.
If you already have a Lifetime plan, any lower plan you buy will never start, because Lifetime never ends. The store will tell you that purchase wouldn't be useful.
3. Stacking & Extending
Same plan again = longer time. It doesn't create a second copy. It just adds time to the end of your current one.
Standart 7 days + Standart 30 days = 37 days of Standart.
Different lower plans = they stack in line.
You have Premium for 5 days. You buy Standart 7 days, then Standard 7 days.
Order: Premium (now) → Standard (because it's higher than Standart) → Standart .

Lifetime Plans
Lifetime means forever — no end date.
Buying Lifetime when you already have a timed plan of the same tier: you become Lifetime instantly.
Buying Lifetime on top of another Lifetime of the same tier: nothing happens, you already have it.
Buying a timed plan on top of Lifetime: it will never start. Don't buy it.
Frequently asked questions
I bought a cheaper plan and nothing changed. Is it a bug?
No. It's queued. Go to Subscriptions — you'll see it under "Queued" with "Starts in X days".
Can I buy the same plan 3 times to get 3x time?
Yes. Same tier always extends. 30 days x 3 = 90 days added.
I upgraded and lost my old days?
Only if you upgraded to Lifetime. Any other upgrade pauses your old plan and gives it back later.
I have Premium, but I want to use Standart now to save Premium days.
That's not possible. Higher tier always has priority. If you want to save Premium, let it expire and then Standart will start.
My promo code says "would never activate".
You have a Lifetime plan ahead in the queue. A lower-tier promo would never reach the front, so we don't waste it. The code stays valid — you can use it after your Lifetime ends (which is never) or on a higher tier.
When does the queue switch?
Automatically. As soon as your active plan expires, the next one in line starts. No need to do anything.
